TROY, Mich. (Jan. 30, 2017) – Ulliance recently promoted Jason Ramus to director of IT and communications and hired Stephanie Camarata as an account manager.
During Ramus’ 15 month tenure as Ulliance’s manager of IT and communications, he developed a mobile app for the Troy-based company, enhanced the company’s web applications and implemented technology that enables Ulliance to support clients through voice, video, and chat online. Ramus was also instrumental in integrating the lease of University of Michigan Health Risk Assessment technology into Ulliance applications that provides an industry leading assessment to organizations and their employees.
In his new role as director of IT and communications, Ramus will supervise the IT staff and oversee IT initiatives including expanding internal development efforts, broadening security and compliance technologies and enhancing service capabilities to client organizations.
As an account manager, Camarata is responsible for the delivery of services to client companies including management consultations, critical/traumatic incident debriefings and employee assistance program activities. She also oversees orientation programs.
“Ulliance is proud to have both team members on board. Jason has supervised many initiatives that add value to our organization and the IT team. He has significantly increased the overall quality of services we provide to our clients in the short time he has been with the organization,” said Stephen Batchelor, senior vice president of operations for Ulliance. “Stephanie has already enhanced account services with her confidence, energy, and expertise. I am eagerly looking forward to working with her as she supports our client organizations.”
