Well, it’s happened. Millennials account for one-third of all workers in America, edging-out Generation X to overtake the workforce population. There is an interest with any new generation because, with them, comes a new set of expectations for the workplace. You know what your expectations are, but what are millennials’ expectations? At the February meeting of the SE Michigan chapter of LERA (Labor and Employment Relations Association), there will be a panel of millennial workers who discuss their thoughts, observations, and expectations as they become the majority of the workforce. A question and answer period will follow. Come find common ground and learn how to build a better relationship with millennials to create an integrated and productive workforce.
