Presentation Objectives: Having a workplace culture that supports people’s health is really about having a culture that supports the people that work there every day. Focusing on employee health has a higher order benefit for the organization because it is fundamental to people’s ability to function. The perspective of a culture of health extends beyond wellness programs to the many factors of an organization that impact people.
